The Location

Welcome to the Catskill Mountains in Upstate New York! We’ll be gathering at Belleayre Lodge, an expansive property in the heart of the mountains surrounded by the lush nature that the Catskills is known for in the Summer season.

Belleayre Lodge features individual and multi-room cabins with an elevated, campy vibe and thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable stay. You can enjoy the hot tub, chill in one of the many outdoor lounge areas, take a walk over to the lake, sit around the campfire, or head out on a local hike!

Meet your retreat leaders

We’re honored to be joined by an amazing group of Black women leaders in the wellbeing space sharing their offerings with us at this retreat. Each of the different classes, workshops, and activities will be guided by one of the 4 women pictured above.

Cabins + Rooming Options

There are 4 types of accommodations available at this retreat location:
- studio cabins are individual studio-style spaces with queen beds + their own private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and mini-living space. Available for single or double occupancy bookings.
- bedrooms in shared cabins are private bedrooms with queen beds in multi-room cabins with shared bathrooms and living spaces. Available for single or double occupancy bookings.
- single beds in shared rooms are twin beds in shared bedrooms with 1 assigned roommate, in a cabin with shared bathrooms + living spaces. We have both traditional twin and bottom bunk twin options.
- Airstream campers are unique vintage camper accommodations with twin beds. Available for solo booking or to be shared with a friend/sister/partner/loved one. As these are actual airstreams, quarters are close for sharing so keep that in mind!

Some of the accommodations allow for double occupancy bookings. Double occupancy accommodations are only for those booking as a 2-person unit with someone you already know (we will not be assigning shared bedmates).

Shared room options will be matched with a roommate by the BWYC Retreat Team.

In order to attend this retreat, you’ll need to first complete a retreat interest form. Once we’ve received your completed form, we’ll follow up with steps for reserving your spot at this retreat.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We’re offering two payment options for this retreat.

Option 1: Pay in full at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
Option 2: Pay a non-refundable deposit of $350 hold your spot and break the remaining balance up equally into 4 payment installments over the course of the time prior to the retreat, with the time between payments determined by your sign up date.

All payment plans must be paid in full no later than July 30, 2025.

• 5-day, 4-night stay in selected accommodations at Belleayre Lodge in the Catskill Mountains (Pine Hill, New York)

• 11 meals (4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 4 dinners)
